COMPLIANCE POLICY

Fast Ride (Private) Limited
Effective Date: 27 December 2025

I. OVERVIEW & SCOPE

Fast Ride (Private) Limited, a registered transport operator in Pakistan, is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, inclusive, and discrimination-free environment for all employees, partners, drivers, agents, vendors, and passengers.

This Compliance Policy supports:

  • The Companies Act 2017,

  • The Employment and Services Acts,

  • Pakistan Transport Department Regulations,

  • The Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010, and

  • Other applicable labor, human rights, and data protection laws.

It applies to all persons engaged in providing or supporting Fast Ride operations — including vehicle operations, customer service, administrative functions, digital platform management, and financial transactions conducted through the Fast Ride  App.

II. POLICY PRINCIPLES

1. Non-Discrimination

Fast Ride enforces an equal-opportunity and zero-discrimination policy across all employment and service levels.
Discrimination is prohibited on the basis of:

  • Gender or gender identity

  • Religion, sect, or belief

  • Caste, ethnicity, or tribe

  • National origin or geographic region

  • Age or disability

  • Marital or parental status

  • Political opinion or language

  • Economic or social background

This principle applies to recruitment, promotion, compensation, termination, and all service interactions.
Drivers and staff must never refuse service or alter behavior based on a passenger’s identity, area, or appearance.

2. Service-Level Transport Compliance

In accordance with provincial and national transport regulations:

  • No driver may refuse a booking based on destination, gender, religion, disability, or neighborhood.

  • Service animals must be accommodated without discrimination.

  • All passengers must be treated with equal courtesy and professionalism.

  • Geographic bias — refusing service to certain districts or low-income areas — is strictly forbidden.

Violations may result in penalties, suspension, or license withdrawal as directed by authorities.

3. Harassment & Sexual Harassment

Fast Ride maintains a zero-tolerance stance against all forms of harassment, including:

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or inappropriate jokes

  • Sexual remarks, gestures, or advances

  • Unwanted physical contact or intimidation

  • Offensive digital communication (via chat, phone, or app)

Such conduct is a breach of both company policy and Pakistan’s Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act 2010.
Incidents will trigger internal investigation and, where appropriate, legal escalation.

4. Affirmative Action & Inclusion

Fast Ride actively promotes diversity and inclusion by:

  • Recruiting women, persons with disabilities, and minority community members for driving and support roles;

  • Offering training and mentorship programs to encourage equal participation;

  • Ensuring workplace accessibility and equal pay for equal work.
